Techne Launches the first Techne Meetup in Alexandria

Tuesday the 22nd January, 2019 was the day we launched the first Techne Meetup in Alexandria, hosted at ESLSCA Business School; our venue partner. Techne Meetups is a monthly event that gathers the Alexandrian Startup community in one place to share their stories whether they are of successes to celebrate it of lessons of failures to learn from.
Techne Meetups are all tailored to meet the requirements of the startups and the entrepreneurs, they are the story-tellers here.
We are looking forward to bring together all the startup community pillars together to empower the Alexandrian startup community. Vital entities as government, universities, mentors, investors, service providers and corporates are indispensable as they each have feeding and leading roles in any healthy ecosystem.
During our first meetup three entrepreneurs sharing their stories; We had Amr Ibrahim telling the story of Fixawy and how he started building his own company from scratch. Also, Mina Nagib from WinFi who shared how he got inspired from ideation till he launched his final product. And finally, Ahmed Bassiouny talking about Noqood and the difficulties and sacrifices he made to establish a startup in FinTech.
